There was a problem with the order but their customers service was so understanding and was able to ship another order. The engraving is done very well. The only thing is I wish it was a little bigger.

Very disappointed. I thought I would buy this and the family could glue it together and stand it up. NopeThere are gapes instead if clean jig-saw lines. Do NOT base your decision based on pics. End result is much different. Not clean work.

The names are readable, the edges are smooth, and it's able to stand up and stay together without a stand.A bit smaller than I expected but it's adorable. Chapstick in image for scale.

Bought this for Mother’s Day, lovely gift.

The writing was hard to read, was not put in proper places. The end of the last letter of one name disappeared down in the groove and could hardly be seen. If you can't find someone to write properly don't make or send them out. This was for Father's day and it was too late to do anything about it. Very disappointed.
