After all 4 knobs broke after 6 months & months of trying to repair myself, I purchased these knobs. 2 weeks after receiving them Samsung had a recall on the original knobs because they started fires. The inside plastic component broke easily thus making the knob turn on the burner by just a slight touch. They are made of metal, heavy, washable & work fantastic. Samsung would not reimburse me but would send me their replacement knobs. Told them to keep them. Samsung appliances are the WORST!!!! Dishwasher crapped 1 month after 1 year warranty ran out. Didn't mean to make this a Samsung slam but these knobs really work & are well worth the cost.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:An awesome upgrade! I put off replacing my knows until I only had one left. I should have replaced mine from the very beginning.... BEFORE they even broke! These have a metal support inside of them. The originals are flimsy plastic. They can't take the constant twisting. That's why they crack and split. These are so heavy and solid. I HIGHLY recommend this upgrade from the beginning of having the stove they fit. You wont be disappointed!

Replaced the broken plastic original knobs with these. They were a one for one fit I highly recommend. They look a bit bigger but not a deal breaker considering hey are a lot better quality than original.

Knobs are shiny plastic but the entire back is metal and much more durable feeling than the OEM Samsung knobs.

Durable and high quality.

I estimate that these weigh over twice as much as the cheap crappy plastic ones that came on my Samsung stove. These feel really solid. I wish the little spring clamp inside gripped a bit better, but it's not that hard to fix them with a sharp metal instrument. I also wish I'd paid more attention to the numbering around the knobs; two of them are what I needed, but the other two are for the kind of dials that twist one way for the inner burner, and the other way to control the inner and outer ring. Doesn't affect how the knob works though.

These knobs look and work great. They are better than original knobs. Not plastic!!
