Excellent Product & Customer Support!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great product! Did my research and this product was the winner! More importantly, their customer support is excellent!! The first time I used the unit I had to contact customer support because it kept shutting down every few minutes. They had a callback option so I did not have to wait on the line and the support person who contacted me was excellent! After some quick troubleshooting she determined that I was using a 16 gauge extension cord when I should have been using a heavier 12 gauge because of the draw from the motor. Problem solved!!Pressure:Provides adequate pressure for tough jobsValue for money:It wasn’t the cheapest product, but overall features and quality components is what sold me.Noise level:Being electric, it is not very noise at all.Ease of assembly:The unit comes mostly assembled and instructions were clear and concise.Cleaning power:Definitely gets the job done.Works well:Great features to tackle any job.

Well designed and easy to use
Cleans super including cars. Fairly quiet but powerful.

Good Value, Does the Job
A good unit. Replaced a gas-powered washer and, although not as powerful as some gas models, gets most jobs done efficiently—lightweight and good value.

DONT BUY
Pretty disappointed in the pressure washer. Bought this after doing some research and thought I had found the best pressure washer for the money. Boy was I wrong! I was willing to spend the extra money and get something that was advertised as a quality product. When I received my pressure washer it was packaged correctly and easy to put together. It worked great for the first two uses.I have never run the green works for more than 15-20 minutes at a time. After the third use it would turn off and I would have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it (the gfci never tripped and had it on a dedicated circuit for the outlet it was plugged into) Today I used it for the the 4th time and it worked for maybe 20 minutes and stopped working. I tried everything to get it to fire up again. Changed outlets/switched to a different feed hose/let it sit thinking something that feeds cold water might have over heated. I’m really disappointed in this pressure washer and feel like I could have bought a $200 electric pressure washer and got more use out of it and I would have saved $300. Worst $500 I have spent!

About as good as it gets for an electric pressure washer
This pressure washer works great. Comes with basically everything you need to start basic washing jobs. Not loud, good power, good tip selection. I haven't used the foam cannon yet but I'm sure that will be fine. Highly recommended. One star deducted just because the on board storage for the wand is not very secure and it falls out easily while you work the washer around.

Great machine
I had an old Briggs & Stratton electric pressure washer that claimed 1800 psi (I doubted that figure). It bit the dust so I did some research and settled on this one even though the brand wasn't familiar to me.Assembly was pretty easy. The handle was a very tight fit but with a little "persuasion" I was able to get it in and aligned. A tip - I lubed all of the O-rings before I assembled it so they don't dry out. My only complaint about the assembly is the included manual. The print is very small and I had to use a magnifying glass.Using this is straight forward. It comes with the usual nozzles plus 1 so I played around with it on my driveway and then my car. The 40 was good for cleaning dirt and light stains off of the driveway and it wasn't too strong for the car. I was very careful with the others because they are very strong. The "plus 1" nozzle is a turbo - I think that one will put a hole in your house. Not long after getting this I wanted to re-stain a 500 square foot wooden deck. The 40 degree nozzle did a nice job cleaning the deck but there was some peeling old stain that it didn't get off so I switched to 25 degrees and solved that problem.I also used the soap cannon along with Chemical Guys soap. It has an adjustment on it to change the mix and I got OK results. Nothing like that shaving cream look you see in the advertisements but I got good coverage on my car.I do like that I can use and store this either down or up. That works out for me in my garage. It comes with a long extension cord and a reasonable length hose. Both have places to wind them up on the unit. The hose, like all pressure washer hoses, is stiff and winding it up is a bit frustrating.

Not bad
It’s a pleasure to use an electric power washer as opposed to my old gas one. It’s reasonably quiet seems to be made well and it’s not too heavy. It seems to clean reasonably well. It’s shortcomings are 1. The clamp for the power washer wand is useless. It doesn’t hold the wand tight enough. They just had to make the molded plastic bigger and have it wrap around the wand handle more. 2. It doesn’t sit exactly flat so it vibrates a little too much. The wand holder is a legitimate problem. I use a small bungee cord to hold it in place.

Use a pump cleaner after use as recommended
Easy set up and use. I like not having to mess with gasoline. Powerful enough for household jobs.
