I was honestly not expecting too much when I ordered this chair, but wow, it’s been a pleasant surprise. Putting it together was easy enough (took me maybe 40 minutes and I’m not great with tools), and once it was done I sat down and immediately thought “okay, this feels good.” The back support is way better than my old chair, and the mesh actually keeps me cool instead of sticking like leather does.The headrest is probably my favorite part—I didn’t think I’d care about it, but when I lean back it’s actually comfortable. The armrests flip up which is handy because sometimes I don’t want them in the way. Wheels roll smooth, height adjustment is simple, no squeaks or weird noises.I’ve been working long days at my desk (sometimes 8+ hours), and before I used to feel sore by lunch. With this one I notice I just sit and forget about it, which is kind of the best compliment for a chair. It just works.It’s not some crazy high-end $500 chair or anything, but for the price it feels like a steal. Sturdy, comfy, looks clean in my room. Honestly I wish I’d replaced my old chair sooner.

I want to start by saying that this is a great ergonomic chair for the price, but there are sections of the product that could stand to be improved.Pros:- Quick & simple to put together.- The wheels make it so easy to roll around.- The chair doesn't make a lot of noise.- The fabric seems to be a very good material with the seat itself being VERY comfortable.To be Improved:- The armrests are super uncomfortable. I am 6' tall & weight roughly 200lbs, this chair doesn't do a great job at supporting my elbows/forearms. If I have to lean in order to adjust my posture, it even kind of hurts my elbows/arms. I know I can rest my arms on my desk as well, but I spend a lot of time in my office chair, doing activities such as: working, gaming, watching movies and drawing. I move my body around a lot, which brings me to my other slight complaint...- I wish there was some way to recline the chair or lock it in place. I know this is an ergonomic chair so I might not be the target audience, but the chair allows you to slightly rock back and forth, I just wish I could lock the chair in place once I rock back to a specific angle. That, combined with the amazing lumbar support & an optional foot rest would make this the perfect chair.

We bought this chair for our son's room. He absolutely loves it! He spends several hours a day studying at his desk, and the lumbar support really helps keep his piriformis at bay. I love that the armrests can flip up so that the chair fits better under his desk, which helps keep his room tidy. It was easy to assemble, quite stylish, and it is very sturdy. I would also like to assure everyone that the company's customer service is top-notch. We needed a part for the chair almost a year after purchasing the chair, and the company got it to us free of charge in less than a week!Overall, it’s a great chair for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who works long hours at a desk!

It's a good chair, but the seat cushioning is very wanting. It was a significant upgrade for me from my old desk chair, but as time has gone on, I've started to notice some of its shortcomings. I spend a lot of time studying and gaming in this chair. It is not comfortable for extended sessions. For example, if you take your thumb and press it into the seat cushion, it's pretty easy to push down and meet the hard plastic. Now imagine putting your whole body weight on the cushion. With little buffer, you're sitting right on hard plastic. Assembly was easy. The back mesh is holding up nicely. I don't love the armrest position, but that could be my personal preference and not an explicit ding against the chair. The armrests are definitely not designed to support your weight. If you press down on them to stand up, or just heavily lean on one, the whole backrest and arms lean down/forward, even when the base is locked in place. I've found myself more and more just folding them up/back so they are out of my way and resting my arms on my desk. I'm 6'0" and 285lbs. The base deals with my weight/size well enough, just not the arms.
