Pretty good gum to bite on, the taste kinda goes away after a little bit. It will definitely work your jaw muscles out.

This gum is actually really good. Not just because it's hard to chew and works out the jaw, but also because it has a genuinely good flavor. It's hard to chew, which helps your jaw health. The texture is just that of any stick of gum, just that it's much harder than a normal stick of gum. Everyone I gave this to loved the flavor!!

It's a good tasting gum that lives up to its promises. It will likely take at least months to see results, as with most excercise. But, so far so good. I'll update this in the future once I start seeing results (or don't). Wish there were even tougher versions available that you could slowly increase the toughness of. A step 1 (this product), then a slightly harder step 2, and an even harder step 3 would be nice. *Update: It's all hype. Does absolutely nothing. Bought a set of rubber jaw exercisers that are infinitely superior. They have all different intensity/"weight" exercisers, and you notice it working immediately. Even when chewing this gum for a whole hour (instead of the recommended 15 minutes) no results after months of daily use, nor did my jaw muscles ever ache, because they had a good workout. The rubber jaw exercisers hurt your jaw muscles after just a few minutes, so I know I'm getting a proper workout, and the results speak for themselves after just a couple of months of daily use. Don't waste your time or money on this. Just buy regular chewing gum, as it does give a slight workout that this stuff doesn't improve upon much if at all, then when you want a real workout, buy a rubber set that should last indefinitely for about the cost of this supposed 4 month supply.*

I chew about a pack of gum a day and wanted a gum that was a little harder to chew as some gums feel to mushy after chewing for a while. This gum is harder to chew but not by much. It just feels like a really stale price of gum. The initial watermelon flavor is pleasant but muted and quickly disappears. My least favorite thing about this gum is the texture and it sometimes squeaks on my teeth. I am on the fence about getting this gum again. I like that it's tougher to chew and it feels like yours actually chewing on something as opposed to most gums that have no resistance but the texture and flavor aren't great. If you want to buy to build your jaw strength I would not recommend it either as it's only about 2x-3x as tough as normal gum. I didn't feel any tiredness or soreness even chewing a couple pieces at a time. I chew gum all the time so I'm not sure if I am good judge of this as my body my have already adapted to extra chewing. As a chewing gum which is why I bought it, it is just okay, on the same level as juicy fruit or other cheap gum. My current favorite is extra watermelon flavor gum.

Tougher to chew than regular gum. Good jaw work out. Excellent choice for boxers or mixed martial artists.

In terms of results. I did not take any before and after pics but I do feel my face being slightly tighter. To be honest I just enjoy chewing this gum. The taste is really good. The texture is super hard at first but after you get into it, it has a nice thicker texture to chew and it retains the shape even after an hour whereas, most gums the texture will get too chewy and may get stuck in your teeth. I enjoy chewing this during my runs or weightlifting. It’s only 5 calories and 0 sugar so that’s a plus. 120 pieces for the price is pretty worth it to me lol.

Rubbish do not buy

Straight up a very expensive scam. This is just a normal off-brand chewing gum. It's not even tough! Not even a little bit. I feel absolutely robbed.
