Stability Disc Balance Pad wobble Air Cushion Ankle Knee Yoga Board with Pump

I ordered two of these - one for home (orange) and one for work (black) at the suggestion of my chiropractor and they are fantastic. At the time I got the delivery my back was very painful and sitting on this wobble cushion / stability disk was the only thing that eased my pain. ( this was before I got to have any treatment for my back) Gym instructors do recommend to sit at the desk on a inflatable gym ball but that is not practical in a small room. This stability disk is perfect as it doesn't take any extra space but achieves the same result. It inflates /deflates ok, doesn't loose any air so the valve works perfect. In terms of inflating reading the instructions should work if common sense doesn't. Colours are also true to the picture. And they grip fine to the chair surface, no slips there. All in all definitely reccomended.

Does exactly what it’s designed for. However the supplied pump broke straight away so is absolutely useless. You need a good bicycle pump with a football attachment (luckily I had one of those)

The inflatable disc i purchased did not inflate as it was punctured when it arrived and the device to inflate it was broken. Poor quality although had it worked it would have been value for money

I've had this product for a few weeks now and have used regularly to help improve balance as well as ankle strength. It ticks all the boxes. Good quality, easy to inflate and durable - super price too! I would buy this product again. Hope you found this review useful.

Good idea however the pump enclosed is tricky to inflate the disc or maybe the disc valve is tricky as it did not seem to hold its full inflation well and is quite soft with minimal inflation now. Not sure if this is correct or faulty 🤷‍♂️

Bought as a gift for my mother. She’d used one in physio to help improve her proprioception and balance. Bought her this one as a gift after her sessions finished and she loves it. Uses it everyday and liked the fact that she can both stand and sit in it. She’s had it over a year and it’s still staying inflated etc.
