Recommend! I have two!
Love this printer. It’s a workhorse. Fast, double sided, perfect color. Compact for what it does. WiFi. You can find non eom toner cartridges cheaper. Toner is expensive for all printers but these last a long time.

The Item was defective
The seller promised to replace the item but I have not receive a replacement as of yet. It is now five day since they told me that they would send the replacement in two days.

Great printer. Recommend
Couldn't get it to connect to our wireless connection. Works great hard wired. Starts up fast. Holds plenty of paper. Great copy and print quality. I can print from my phone or computer. Be prepared to have 2 people to lift. This is the heaviest printer we've ever owned.

Works Well, Recommended
First page out seems slow, but that's fine for me. I think it is listed as about 7 seconds. It's big, noticeably larger than the Brother laser that it replaced. It weighs almost 30 pounds. Set up was easy. Windows 11 downloaded a driver, but later I found the Ricoh driver. Ricoh installs a second driver which shows up as a second printer in the print dialog. Print quality seems good. I have not tried anything with images, yet.

Amazing printer, poor shipping/packaging!
For anyone wondering why this printer has the warning that it is frequently returned, know that it has nothing to do with the printer itself – it has to do with whatever logistics partners are handling the printer before it gets to the buyer. I am now on my third replacement because the first two printers arrived with damage to the exterior packaging, and when I open the boxes, I was greeted by broken plastic, misshapen metal, and a damaged printer. Once you get a good unit, the printer itself is fantastic. Ricoh really should do a better job packaging the units though, as I'm sure that this is the leading reason for return, and unnecessarily drives up their defect rate. JUST FIX THE PACKAGING; THEN IT'D BE A PERFECT PRINTER!

Bot work properly
It is not listed under Ricoh Global. It printed configuration w four blank pages. It printed test page w header only. It printed some pdf docs/web pages w blank pages. Some pdf docs could be printed with ghostview. The firmware upgrade software could not find the printer. It did not come with usb cable. The ethernet printer printed worse than USB printer. The scanned pages looked like my broken C250. None of the printer ques (PCL 5c, PCL 6, and PS) worked properly.

Setup is a Nightmare!
I’ve spent hours trying to connect this printer to my computer. User manual not well written. Online support is a pipe dream. Unable to reach anyone by phone. Most difficulty I’ve ever had setting up a printer. To be continued.

Ricoh.....Are You Ready for Change
.....Saw the printer on Amazon and bought it right away. I know the Ricoh product line for many years and trust it for it's reliability and it's dedication to our environment during the manufacturing.process of all it's products. Didn't know they are selling retail now. Bought the wrong accessary part which affected the setup, but those smart techs PFU hotline took care of that. Thanks PFU Co. for your fast response and assistance.
