The neighbor's dog kept jumping into our fish pond and stiring up the stuff on the bottom and knocking over the plants. We installed the 30 inch fence around the pond with the gate where we could get to the pump. So far, the dog hasn't gotten in the pond. An added benefit is the fence also keeps our 3 year old grand daughter from jumping in or throwing sticks in the pond, her idea of 'fishing'. We like the way the fence looks too and it was very easy to install. We needed to order another six panel pack to have enough to go around the pond and it came right away. One thing we did to improve the sturdness of the fence was replace a few of the stakes in the long straight runs and next to the gate with longer ones from the hardware store. This would not be needed if the fence was curved.

Product as described. Seems durable, and was easy to put together.

Great fence, we used it to keep our puppy out of our bushes. Expensive, but quality.
