Worked for me. My liver enzymes were getting bad and I was diagnosed with fatty liver. My lab appointments are every 3 months, and I have been taking the product for almost as long. My last lab results showed normal levels! I have not changed anything but taking this on a regular basis as suggested.I don't really feel any different, but then again liver issues don't make you feel different until its too late.So far this has been working for me, and I am going to continue taking it.

Average Results – Didn’t Notice Much of a Difference
I decided to try Sandhu’s Liver Cleanse Detox & Repair as part of a general wellness routine. I appreciate the natural ingredients and the focus on liver health, and the capsules are easy to take with no unpleasant aftertaste.That said, after finishing the bottle, I didn’t notice any significant changes in how I felt — no boost in energy, digestion, or overall wellness. It might work better over a longer period or for people with specific liver concerns, but in my case, the effects were pretty minimal.It’s not a bad product, just not very impactful for me personally. Might be worth trying if you're curious, but I wouldn’t count on dramatic results.

Helped improve my liver!
I started to take this 1 1/2 months before I had scheduled lab tests, lab tests had no change so I figured I wasn't on it long enough to show any signs if they helped or not. I continued taking them and had lab tests done again in 3 months and my doctor said my liver had improved alot. I told him I had been taking these liver suppliments and he said whatever I'm taking to continue it. I'll be testing again a couple of months and I'll see how my liver is still improving.

DISLIKE IT!
Makes you go to the washroom a lot which is normal but with side effects, it kills your libido. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!
