Love this garlic powder. It has a flavor that’s real. It doesn’t clump up, it looks good, smells good and tastes great! So much better than the stuff off the shelf at the store and the price is right! We will always have this on our spice rack!

知人の勧めで購入。 冷製パスタやドレッシングなど生でニンニクを食すお料理の時、子供達には辛かったりする為、こちらはそれが抑えられていてマイルドに仕上がり良いです。しかも、オーガニックというところも良い。 ただ、ニンニク大好きな私にとっては、生のニンニクのガツンとくる感じはないかなぁ、、と。 でも、十分ニンニク感があるし、ニンニクがない時、ニンニクをすったりが面倒な時にかなり重宝します。
