Great Asset, Low Cost, Little Time
This just went up and it was "as easy as apple pie." I cannot count the number of people who said it would be "too difficult to install," and made every excuse in the book to not help me with this. I would have done it but the reason I need it is due to increasingly poor vision! It took the kind person who did install the VideoSecur ML510B a total of 17 minutes, and that included all but the final tilting, and showing me how it worked, and where he put the wrench if I need it in the future. It is sturdy, has options for "hanging" the TV (an LG flat screen I bought from Amazon about 2-1/2 years ago), and securely mounts my TV. Almost "beat od all" it's 90% less!

Great mount for Great price
Product was packed well. Came with all the nessesary hardware, even multiple sized bolts to attach TV to mount. Installed easily, very secure hardware and only needs one Stud. Pleased with purchase, hanging a 32 inch TV with this, very secure, arm is a bit stiff, but comes with allen wrench to adjust the tightness of the arm bolts. To install this propertly you need to be able to locate a stud and level the part that attaches to the wall. The nice thing is the tv can be rotated a littl to correct for leveling issues.

Easy way to accurately install TV mount B62 (ML520S)
Easy way to accurately install VideoSecu TV mount model B62 (ML520S). This is a very good secure mount but it is different from most mounts in that the TV mount backing plate does not easily separate from the articulating arm. Mount must be final installed with TV already attached OR TV held up into place and four Phillips head screws used to attach TV to mount backing plate.1. Mount has 7 holes to choose from to secure to wall. Three at top, three at bottom and one in the middle which is larger (to allow provided attachment lag bolt head to pass through below a smaller vertical slot).2. Hold mount against wall without TV attached to determine aprox location of mount. If necessary attach a cardboard cutout the size of your TV in the same position that your TV mount holes will align with the new wall mount backing plate. The cardboard cutout will ensure proper side to side and vertical location if/when TV is pushed/retracted against wall. After determining where you would like to mount - use stud finder to determine where the closest wall stud is to suit your mounting requirements.3. Mark wall where the mount CENTER hole (TOP of narrow vertical slot) should be drilled into center line of wall stud or masonry. On drywall or plaster, provided lag bolts MUST be installed in wood wall stud.4. Lay mount aside and drill the one hole for the center lag bolt slot. Using ratchet with proper socket (1/2 or 7/16) install lag bolt into wall leaving aprox 1/8" clearance to allow mount to be held against wall - Hold mount against wall over lag bolt - let mount move down allowing lag bolt head to hold mount in place at top of smaller slot in middle hole. Temporary tighten lag bolt while holding mount at proper level/vertical alignment. A total of three lag bolts should be enough to hold TV when installed directly into center of wall stud or masonry but if you want, there are two additional holes at top and bottom to choose from.5. With mount properly held in place by center lag bolt, drill the top hole thru center using a smaller drill bit then lag bolt and install/tighten bolt. Drill bottom hole and install bolt. All three holes should now be in perfect vertical alignment. For masonry attachment it will be required to remove mount to allow drilling of larger holes for provided plastic anchors. It is best to start with small drill bits to ensure final larger holes are properly centered. (anchors not needed in wood stud wall).6. Finial mounting of TV can now be done in either of two ways using the proper size provided four Phillips head screws (with provided washers for spacers if TV back is not flat). Pre-check which screw to use - using the longest provided screw that your TV will accept without "bottoming out".(A) Remove mount from wall by removing top and bottom lag bolts, Leave in place but loosen middle bolt and slide mount up and off wall. Attach mount to TV, while supporting the weight of the mount and TV together (not allowing TV to support weight of mount) hold mount against wall allowing remaining center bolt head to pass through center hole, slide mount down into place. Reinstall the top and bottom lag bolts and tighten all three bolts.(B) OR - Without removing mount, one person hold TV up against mount backing plate - Another person install the four Phillips head screws thru proper holes in plate.UPDATE: On 5 Dec 2012 I rechecked some of my previous reviews. The picture and description of this TV mount has changed somewhat from my original review. (The original review WAS submitted on the proper TV mount page.) The new picture actually shows many more mounting hole selections than the original and the description has been changed to read "Quick connect TV plate for easy installation". Apparently the mounting plate "May" be easily attached / unattached to the mounting arm as most other TV mounts are. IF this is so it is a +. If not then the last part of my review for mounting TV to arm would still apply.I would also add that although the mount I received had "stiff" movement as reported by others - Do NOT attempt to loosen up. It is not THAT much to "stiff". The mount will stay put very securely, and if movement is necessary, grasp the TV mounting plate (instead of the frame of the TV) and move to position desired. Any attempt in loosening the mount would properly loosen it to much (as some others indicated). In my case I rarely change the mounting position on this or any of my other TV mounts once it is adjusted.

Perfect TV mount
No problems encountered with the installation; the mounting plate detaches easily to connect to the TV, the instructions for the wall mount are clear and understandable, then simply hang the TV with the attached plate, and tighten two bolts - one person job if the TV is not too heavy. I mounted a 40" Roku with ease. Sturdy and freely adjustable when completed. I read reviews complaining that the swivels were too tight; I actually tightened 3 bolts about a quarter turn each. I bought this mount mainly for the plate that attaches to the TV, rather than the models with arms that adjust to the holes. I believe the plate is more secure, and easier to align. Absolutely recommend !

iMac install
I bought this to mount my iMac 27" and it works well. I only gave it four stars because I suspect the weight of the iMac puts stress on the vertical weight distribution. As such, the swiveling mechanism is not without great effort. Reorienting the mount requires two hands and a fair amount of exertion. BUT to save money over the $200 articulating arms I got my money's worth. It is made of metal, well finished, nice even black finish and easily assembled and installed. It even has a plastic shroud to cover the mounting bolts, an unexpected nicety. AND you get a boat load of extra nuts and things intended for alternative mounting scenarios - considering what a nut/bolt cost nowadays, that's a nice bonus. That's it, good product at a very comparably reasonable price.

Very sturdy easy to install
This is more my fault for not thinking about it-- but there is no where to put the box that you have to have on all tvs. The bos will sit on the edsge haphazardly, but not secure.I do like the way the arm tilts and rotates.

easy to install
Good value for hanging a 32" flat screen. Directions were good and all the hardware plus allen wrench were included.
