4Pcs 50x18mm Luggage Suitcase Replacement Wheels, Rubber Swivel Caster Wheels Bearings Repair Kits for Suitcase (50mm*18mm)

Replaced a split wheel on my Tripp suitcase. The size matching is important. As per instructions had to use a hacksaw to cut through existing axel, but the rest was easy.

wheel of bag melted! had to replace one -another review mentioned sawing off the shaft of the wheel. Once I dd that wheel replacement was so easy and saved me having to purchase a new bag. Bag has 4 swivel wheels and works perfectly

Was easy to fit: sawed through the axle with a junior hacksaw, pushed the new axle through the new wheel to the other side and then fastened it with the end cap screw using the two hex keys provided.Initially I found the axle to be just a little too long although it would have been OK. Then I noticed that the pack included more axles than wheels and found a slightly shorter axle that was a perfect fit.Also, the end cap screw appears to be coated with a locking paint to stop it coming undone again, and I felt that was a nice touch.I've included photos so that you can get a feel for the size of the case, can see the new wheel together with an existing wheel (the new wheel is closer to the camera), and then can see the new wheel close up.Much better solution, and much cheaper solution than replacing the case. In theory, the Tripp case has a 10 year guarantee but I guess I'd have to find the receipt to be able to claim on that. So this repair is good enough for me.

Did the job well. Cutting off the old ones were a bit time consuming but once done, it was easy to install

They give you short and long bolts/axles and the tools to do the job so when my suitcase wheels deteriorated whilst on holiday, I was able to easily replace them with this kit. The construction is good and they run perfectly with good free steering.

Partners suitcase wheels had deteriorated, so she was about to spend £90 on a new suitcase.Now I look like a total chad for fixing it up, inside 48hours from idea to execution.wheels roll smooth and look like they will last years.Fantastic.
