Mixes well with both water and milk in a shaker bottle. Blends superbly in a Ninja alongside other typical smoothie ingredients. Doesn't taste of beef, nor is Stevia vanilla flavouring too sweet. My wife, who ordinarily bloats after consuming whey powder, has experienced no adverse effect upon digestion, nor have I. Perhaps too early to comment upon benefits of the naturally high collagen content after purchase in December, but so far very happy upon making the switch from traditional whey powder to support daily protein intake and gut health goals. Ordering again once need exists.

This doesn't fully mix. I've tried a few methods to get s smooth shake but it's always got gelatinous lumps in it. Though my main gripe is that this product is upsetting my stomach and causing gas. I've never had this issue before, and none of the stated ingredients should be causing this which leads me to suspect potential cross contamination with dairy as i've also broken out in some acne which is a common symptom for me. I'm reading online that hydrolised protein is easier to digest, i'm assuming this is not as it's not stated. Maybe it's just me? Though i am a huge meat eater and never have issues. I'll start taking my shakes with some protein digesting enzymes to see if it improves. If it does not. Then i's suspect this product is not gluten/dairy free guaranteed. The taste is nice. It's not too sweet or has any stevia like taste/aftertaste. Though i'm a little suspicious of what exactly you're using to flavour this product as it's very clearly yellow? Will update.

The best, tasty, delicious, full of flavour. Very good quality, no lumps.
