Color and texture is all off but all over the container says true goldenseal root. Must be either an old product or something manufactured incorrectly, very unfortunate. If genuine, it is poor quality that is presented as a good deal. Smell is off, the only details that fits the bill is the bitter taste which indicates nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

Sniffed it as I’ve read as an alternative method to remove mucus and phlegm and drinking it in tea form helps too. Only required to take a very little. So it goes a long way. It just tastes like dirt.

This is NOT pure goldenseal powder. I am an herbalist. Goldenseal is my favorite and most used herb. I bought this as a fast need. You can barely taste the goldenseal. It’s cut with a lot of white powder even though it states that it is 100% goldenseal on the container. True goldenseal powder is a deep warm yellow and very bitter. This tastes like chalk.

It's good , added to hot teas blended well but u can taste it some. Couldn't find the scooper at first it was at the bottom so alot of product gets wasted everytime due to digging it out. Powder is all over it. The container it's in should have a clip on the top to secure the scooper to prevent this. Also when closing back up it gets everywhere as well. Other then that so far product seems good. First time using goldenseal powder so idk how it should look and taste. Just going of research ive done. It seems like a good product. I need to use it a lil longer before I can say 100 % how well it works

This product is tasteless to me but my tolerance for weird tasting flavors is not tolerable for others. It is effective in helping to protect the body’s immune system. I think it is a great value for the cost associated.

I haven’t had to use nasal spray or allergy medicine since using this product! It has a sweet smell, didn’t burn my nose, color is orangish, the value is amazing will definitely last a long time. Has multiple uses. May notice a sweet taste when using in your nose.

Very beneficial I’m used to using the liquid or pill form, so scooping was a lot more helpful.
