They are processed and has gluten.

Not sure. Once I opened them they didn't last very long. If you like chocolate and coffee they won't last for you either

It's 3 lbs and really stay good a long time

You should get four servings per cup... However; my daughter had chocolate covered sunflower seeds for her wedding. She purchased 8 lbs for 165 people and had like 3 lbs remaining, with all the other things to eat. Hope this helps, best of luck on the wedding.
