Love these genre stickers for my book journal! Lots of categories and the colors are soft and muted. They stick really well and I don't have problems with them peeling off the page. They are nice and opaque so they cover really well.

Used these for my classroom library. The students love them. I am planning on using them for my home library as well.

I love them, but realized that you only get about 15 of each genre. This isn’t nearly enough for my classroom library. I’ll need 3-4 more packs which is going to add up quickly. A little disappointed, but that’s on me not the product. They’re well made and cover a range of genres!

Super hard to peel, not a quick process. Realized after I bought that I should have just printed pictures from online and taped them on the books. Plus these stickers have too many unnecessary genres, and some genres are too close to others.

Despite the constant refrain not to judge a book by its cover, it's difficult not to when we also know a first impression means so much. But for my middle school students, it goes beyond that. Giving them a genre to look for that matches their interests in movies, games, and other books really helps them to make their book choices. So I was thrilled to find these stickers with such a range of sub-genres available. I am using them on my classroom library and it both helps students to find books that will appeal to them as well as to help me reorganize books when they are returned. The stickers are an ideal size for book spines of varying thicknesses and they adhere well.

We need genre labels for classrooms. But these miss the mark.There are several redundant categories (scary, horror, ghost stories, etc) that were unnecessary. They should have been used to double up on categories, such as realistic fiction. There were also some categories that just don't make sense-- classic film? Why?I returned. They are overpriced and not very useful given theae issues.
