My old faucet was short and rusted, and I wanted something that would be easier to wash dishes with. The high arc on this faucet gives lots of room for moving dishes around underneath it, and the extendable hose is very convenient. I have zero plumbing experience but I didn’t want to pay someone to install this, so I gave it a go myself. The hardest part was removing my old faucet, but after it was out and all the rust was cleaned away, installing this new faucet was super easy and fast, and the only tool I needed was a screwdriver. The ordered item didn’t come with the faucet plate, but if you contact support and request one, they will send a matching one for free, which was really nice. I also bought some clear caulk to seal it up to prevent water damage, and it looks and works great! For its price, this is a really quality product, though the attached weight that pulls the extendable hose back in is a little lighter than the more expensive faucets, so sometimes I have to push the hose back inside a bit. Overall, this product has exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with it. Kicimpro’s customer service is also superb, they are very kind, helpful, and timely.

Love love love this osmosis water spigott. We updated our kitchen faucet, air gap and filtration spigott from a brushed nickel to this matte black. It's hard to find one that looks ok with the Delta Essa faucet but this one is perfect. Works great, easy to install and it looks so good.

I had a Delta Touch that finally ‘gave up the ghost’ after 13 years, but in this challenging economy I wanted to replace it w/something decent but at a much lower cost. I found this one on Amazon on sale & took a chance.Pros:1. It was very easy to install - which was a BIG plus compared to other styles.2. Looks just as nice as the Delta.3. Actual water control & fan spray are nicer than the Delta.Cons:1. But the big problem was it did not have the magnet in the nozzle head, like the Delta has, which is used to hold the head back in place after retracting the nozzle when done.2. Instead, its design is to use a heavy rubber fat cone that attaches to the hose below the sink. That’s the weight that helps retract the hose & hold it in place. That’s not the big problem. The BIG problem is that the weighted cone BANGS around on all the other drain pipes below the sink as it’s pulled out, as well as, on retraction. So, for a beautiful faucet, its sound upon use was annoying/degrading/unfinished/unprofessional for what looks like it should be a professional high-grade unit.My situation might be more crowded because I have a double kitchen sink, but I believe that anyone would experience some of the same problems w/a single kitchen sink.GOOD NEWS. Immediately contacted the vendor thru Amazon messaging upon installation & experiencing this issue. They’ve been nothing short of extremely responsive in trying to resolve the issue. They had me send pics to show the hose & weighted cone in relation to the drain piping underneath.I mentioned how Delta solved the problem w/a magnetic head. I suggested that they either put a magnet in the head or get some kind of sleeve that would enclose the weighted cone hose so it wouldn’t bang into the drain pipes.Shortly after they came back recommending the “Moen 159060 Pullout/Pulldown Hose Management System (Hose Guide)” https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0088X7S4C/ & told me that they’d reimburse me for that guide. Just to then give an honest review of what happened.Well, I installed it today & it worked!!! Sounds much much better. No more banging around!NOTE: The Moen guide is a tall clear plastic cone w/a hole near the top that connects to a hose connector they provide. It’s designed to be an easy install, but it wasn’t that easy working around all the double drain piping under my double sinks. But, it was doable.HINT: The only suggestion I have for anyone installing the guide is to use some heavy 2” wide clear shipping tape around where it attaches to the hose connector to secure it in place so it can’t slip off. When you get under there you’ll understand why I did that.

For the price , pretty good deal. The seal where detachable head goes back is not flush(see pic), bugs me. You will feel it is extremely cheap feeling(get what you pay for) and is a bit flimsy if you grab stalk and jiggle it. If I was in a rental , I would get this. If I gave more thought I would a got something with more heft. Will do for now..

The media could not be loaded.  We’ve only been using this for a week so I will update if things change. This faucet feels like a $100+ type purchase rather than the $50+ it was. It has a nice finish and is easy to use. The setup was super easy and the directions for install were easy to follow.

The faucet is a perfect size for our mid size kitchen . It gives the type of elegant lift we needed . I didn’t have a deck plate but would prefer it and the company sent one right away after I emailed. Easy installation, works wonderfully and with quick response with sensor.

The RO faucet that came with our system was nickel. I have all black fixtures in my kitchen so didn't want to have a different finish faucet. This ones perfect, it looks great and appears to be well made. No dripping, easy to use handle, and the spout turns which is nice when I am filling up pots.

My Kin (family) and I really like this faucet. It wasn't difficult to install, as a matter of fact my 4 eldest grandchildren installed it in no time. It's easy to use and functions well for whomever is using it. It accentuates the kitchen area and everyone likes to use it. It's 100% better than the other faucet we had. It's one less headache now that this is installed. Loving it!

This faucet is just what I was looking for it was replacing one that looks almost the same but the previous one was very hard to take out in contrast this one was a simple to install. It looks great has a nice aesthetic and is sturdy. Definitely good value for the money.It was shipped and arrived next day as promised, well packaged and undamagedWhen I had trouble registering the warranty I reached out to the company via email and they responded within hours to confirm that I was registered.The brushed nickel doesn't quite match my stainless steel sink but that may be the sinks fault, it's quite old.Definitely would recommend this product.

The faucet was an easy replacement for our name brand faucet. It looks better and works great and was easy to install. However we did have to return the first one we purchased since one of the water fittings wouldn’t spin freely and thus would kink the hose when installing it. It seems like there was a manufacturing defect with it inside the hose that prevented it from turning freely. If held with pliers and a wrench, you could force turn it but it shouldn’t be like that. We returned it and the second one we received had no problems and was perfect in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this faucet if you need one.

The media could not be loaded.  Out of box, did appear quite cheap, light weight, very concerned. Once installed it has surpassed our original brand name faucets and am quite happy. Only complaint will be….. it drips once turned off with retained water. Does not have a proper stop gap like a high end to prevent extra dripage. Why is this an issue? Calcium buildup at the end of the faucet head will continuously be there and need cleaning. Having said that…. I also saved $600 as our old faucets cost around $700. I can take a lot of drips if it saves money. Buy with confidence!

This faucet ticks all the boxes, and at this price point, I cant recommend this enough.Easy to install, and has a premium look.
