I have taken this supplement every day for the last 4 years. It's an amazing product that, I feel, has helped keep my immune system strong so that I haven't had a cold or flu since I have taken it. I swear by elderberry! I’m a nurse- we use these elderberry Jews every day. We also make elderberry syrup when there’s a bunch of crud circulating. Forms- it has stopped the bugs in their tracks. I am a definite believer in elderberry. These chews taste good- are organic and have vit c and zinc. Great combo

They are arrived today but the capsules all clumpy and stick together . How to unstick /unclump them??
