This is the second EMAY ECG machine I have purchased. My first, a single lead version, was a great help to me as I dealt with rampant PVCs and following an ablation. I was excited to upgrade to this 6-lead version for more detailed information that I can easily share with my Cardiologist. The set-up was very easy so it works right out of the box and is so easy to use. Along with my blood pressure cuff and oximeter, this is an affordable and important piece of equipment to have in my health toolbox. Thanks EMAY!

The EMAY 6L mobile ECG was very easy to set up; it was already fully charged when it arrived and was ready to go to work. It was surprisingly easy to use and found all the electrical signals it needed for the six channels to start recording after only a couple of seconds. It paired to my Android phone bluetooth with no problem, although if you have no immediate need to print a copy of the ECG graph or send it your doctor, you don't have use your phone at all, and there is no subscription required. It has a very readable screen on the front of the device, unlike some of the competitors for which you have to use your phone to view the graphics. In addition to the 6 channel monitoring, it gives information on your heart rate. It also will provide just a single channel reading by placing left and right hand thumbs on the front sensors, which gives just the basic ECG graphic without the additional details. To activate the 6 channels, just place the device on the LEFT knee or ankle so that the sensor on the back of the device makes direct contact with the skin. In addition to providing the ECG graphics, it does, in real time, provide an analysis of the results and will report if there are any abnormalities. Fortunately, so far, all my tests have reported "no abnormalities", but I thought I would test what happens if I do something to confuse it, and it immediately reported that there was an abnormality. The device seems well made and sturdy, is comfortable to hold and make contact with all the sensors, and is a good size to carry with you on a daily basis or when traveling. Unfortunately, it does not come with a carrying case, which would be handy if you wish to take it with you outside the home environment. (A separate case is available though for sale) Lastly, customer service was exceptional; shortly after I received the product, they contacted me via email to check that I had received it and to see that everything was working properly and asked if I had any questions about using it. I was impressed by that level of customer support! All in all, I highly recommend the device to do what it is designed for, and I recommend the seller for their excellent customer care.

I got this monitor due to a recent onset of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. I have been evaluated and will be getting an ablation in a few weeks, so this monitor is being used to verify episodes of Afib so I can keep my cardiologist in the loop. As a backround, I am a paramedic, so I do not necessarily need the machine interpretation but it is nice to have and it appears to be accurate in it's characterization of if a rhythm strip is normal or Afib. The printouts it provides are clear and easy to read in ios, android, and on my Mac, no issues at all with connection to various devices and setup took only a few minutes for each device. All in all, the Emay monitor does absolutely everything I need it to do, and does it quite well.The overwhelming reason I selected the Emay device was that it DOES NOT require a subscription to use unlike the other devices. A monthly fee is an absolute deal breaker.

This was easy to set up and operate. It appears well-made, is slim and light for travel, and the display is a nice feature. Unlike the major competitor, it works fine and gives detailed interpreted reports without paying for a subscription.

The EMAY 6L Portable ECG Monitor is a dream come true. I am on a journey to be Afib free. I have a huge support network started to reach that goal. The Emay is a resource of information. Easy to use, compact with no required subscription fees. You can save 100 reports on the device or download to share in pdf format, just print straight from the device or display on a computer.

In my opinion this is an excellent value and can provide invaluable information about your heart health. For me, I had to practice using it to get good results. I have dry skin which needed to be slightly dampened with water anywhere contact was made with the built-in electrodes. Also, because of my physical condition, I had a difficult time remaining perfectly still during the 30 sec test. If there were provisions to connect auxiliary electrodes I would say this would make the device much more usuable for someone like me and is the reason why I didn't leave 5 stars. It is simply hard for me to place both thumbs on top of the unit while resting the bottom electrode on my left leg.I managed to complete about a dozen tests. The results were automated and could be read directly on the unit without a phone or PC. Most said "No Abnormalities" and a few said "ST Depression" and a couple said "Arrhythmia" especially if I couldn't remain absolutely still. So I will have to "average" the results and learn a little about reading ecg's.The phone app worked perfectly. Paired right up with the monitor and downloaded results quickly. On the phone, the results were on the typical red graph background and super clear and easy to read.It seems the rechargeable battery life is going to be very good. The unit is compact and pocket size and easy to clean. The 2 booklet instructions are easy to understand. I am very happy with my purchase!

Brought as a gift, works great easy to use. I really appreciate you can use it independent of a phone yet still have capability to share with Dr's. My family member has trouble with opening Apps and connecting devices, yet uses this product every day with ease. As a former EMT it is amazing how accurate and affordable this technology is. Highly recommend it to anyone, Great Product.
