Easily made. I make this on batches and freeze. Defrosting overnight before I want it for breakfast. Really tasty. I lost like to make this with banana milk. (1/2 a banana blended in the milk)

Excellent and very tasty,whilst helping the body from the inside

I am trying these out with my mum - quite expensive and we will start making our own next time. However, they are delicious, easy to make (took a couple of tries to get the consistancy exactly right) and an easy quick breakfast when we’re rushing in the morning.

Taste is fine and I am sure very healthy, I found this product in Farmfoods for 2 pound cheaper though and even then i think it is a tad expensive. Just add the seeds etc yourself

I got this at wholefood organics the first time as I was told to increase my protein intake by 50% , I don't eat a lot so it was tricky, this has helped me tremendously as I leave it ready the night before and can eat it on the go, I'm not a fan of Sweet things in the morning but I haven't gotten fed up with this so far and the chocolate flavour is not too chocolaty , I eat it just with milk most of the time as I forget to add rhe fruits but its been great! Got 3 bags this time from amazon so happy times!
