soothing heat, unclear efficacy
Got this wand to help with my dry eye. Battery lasts about 3 days if used twice daily. The wand gets fairly hot, but not sure if it is making much of a difference yet since it has only been about 4 days. The massage function works so-so. I am afraid to use it on my upper eyelids, so have been sticking to mostly the heat/IR light function, with the massage function just on the lower lids. Hopefully the unit will last a while, but I can't say for sure if it will replace hot compresses or be useful as an adjunct.

No instructions
If you’re looking for a manual on how to use (none came with it) good luck. The videos embedded in the “Manual” are all the same commercial to sell the product. No instruction videos that I can find. Asked for a link and got a no opt out for a subscription to something entirely unrelated.
