i bought 270 capsules thinking it will last me over year it was only 5 months, i stopped buying them, check the best before date.

i cannot comment on this products taste or workings however I do know 600g of l lysine hcl can be purchased in powder form for £20, this would equate to 20 of these bottles. it hardly had any taste and easy to take. p

This product has worked for me for years now and I won't be without it in my cupboard ~ ~ you get a fever blister and the SECOND you suspect it is coming out you take this every 4 hours (2 capsules at a time) and that thing will NOT form! Works every time!
