BEST FINISH FROM A CAN
I build custom diecast cars for a living, and do a ton of painting. Having used dozens of different brands of clear coast, I have come to know what brand does what. This brand has a great, shiny finish, and is pretty resilient. However, the product comes out of the nozzle pretty hard, so you have to shoot from a bit of a distance. Very hard to shoot a feathered coat because of it. Fantastic finish though.

[I would recommend] Fantastic result
I used the clear coat for my knife scale project. I force patina my bronze knife scale and got a great result. Afterwards, I used the clear coating for finishing and it turned out great. I have been using the knife for over a year now, and the coating is still as glossy as day one.

Stopped rusting and oxidation
I have an old truck I don't really care about cosmetically (its a truck) so this is great for applications like when I have chipping paint that's made it to the metal layer to coat over and prevent me from needing to do anything further. El cheapo is goodo. Cheers

Great paint, bad spray pattern
Almost exact match for Super White II (Toyota). The dealer paint was almond and I was SOL. This is doing wonderfully.Spray pattern is pretty bad and centralized. It's an auto paint. Seems like Rust-Oleum missed that one. Highly suggest getting a new nozzle attachment.

Nice finish
I used this on a guitar body . The black came out nice n shiny . It sprayed on easy . I can't remember who told me , but , it seems like these paints spray better if you put the can in hot water first . Not boiling , hot tap water for about 10 minutes . spray right after you take it out .

Way better than regulr acrylic lacquer
The Automotive Acrylic Lacquer dries to a strong, hard surface. Quite a bit different than plain acrylic lacquer which fairly soft. If you are careful, it will "lay down" with very little "orange peel" which you can wet sand to a glass like finish. I didn't want to have to get out the Binks and the compressor for a small piece and this product produced an excellent result. I've been spraying lacquer from all the way back to the nitrocellulos days in the 1960's. I love the way it wet sands and buffs to a high luster.

It's okay..
It's okay, it comes out well and easy but it dried like grease like looking spots in a few areas that I'm having trouble fixing
