Bought this as I had climbers’ elbow (the equivalent of golfers elbow) and it appears to do the job if and only if it is put on properly, this is something you really need to play with to get right.The Velcro is strong, and it helps reduce the pressure on your medial epicondyle whilst working on your recovery. IT WILL NOT cure the problem merely reduce the amount of strain. You should seek medical advice from a good physio to set up a routine to recovery and shockwave treatment on the micro tears are what I found to be the most effective method.I still wear this whilst climbing and my road to recovery is well on the way, so I am hoping I’ll soon not need it.Overall good quality and works well as long as you don’t expect it to cure you.

Gives great support and certainly helps with the pain from tennis elbow however after only a couple of weeks it has pulls all over it and threads coming out. Works well but not good quality

If you need a pair as my daughter did, order x 2 as I didn’t realise that these were single packs. We ordered a second one and she has found them fine.
