Be careful of the amount of B12 it caused my levels in labs to sky rocket. It’s very dangerous for high levels for Kidneys and liver. I don’t recommend using this every day. It is a great product with natural ingredients which my Dr wanted. But just too much B12. It is effective. Absorb very well.
