I got this for my dad as a gift, he loved it! It’s really pretty. It’s tiny, but for the price it’s fine and it’s just a little Knick knack. So for the people who like Knick knacks, it’s great!

For a nice gift this is not going to clash with decor & is actually so pretty. Love it.

I like this a lot. It is just what I expected. Being that it is an 80mm ball, I would like the galaxy image to be slightly bigger and approach the edges of the ball a bit more. It looks quite small, but beautiful. I have it sitting on a light up rotating base and it looks even more magical.

This is a solid-glass sphere. It's better than a fancy paperweight. You can orient it anyway you want on the separate base. How it inverts my view of the sky and trees outside my window is nice too. (I noticed that it shows the Great Lakes, but not Lake Baikal in Siberia. Also, I notice that Newfoundland has been moved East a couple of hundred miles!)

This was more than I expected. It was alot heavier than I expected! Beautifully crafted along with the base. It came in a blue covered cardboard gift box. Laying on top of a silk piece of fabric with packing on top. Other reviews discredited the box, I didn't have any problems. It was in good condition when I recieved it and would have no problem gifting in the package it came in.

Great gift. It's a reasonable size with a lovely representation of the milky way galaxy. As suggested by others, I bought a light base for it and it enhanced the look of it as you get to choose multiple colors.

I love it! Tbh i was a little iffy because i thought the 80mm or 3" sphere would be smaller but to my suprise it was alot bigger and heavier than i imagined so becareful and not drop it. When it arrived it came in a beautiful blue (what i assmue is paper machette) box and inside the box a blue square sheet of fabric kept over the styrofoam which kept the sphere and the stand nestled and in place. It may not be for everyone the galaxy is a bit small but its perfectly fine to me, id think if it were any bigger itd look warped or over magnified, but i personally like it as is and can say im actually happy with my purchase and no regrets.
