Some have complained the texture is too watery than creamy. Does it have a genuine cream consistency?

Mixed. Some cans are ALL cream, some have a mix of cream and 'coconut water'. Overall I am satisfied that I get mostly cream. Since I use this in my coffee/tea preparations or soups, I am am okay with a more liquid texture from time to time though. I also think of it as like cracking open a coconut, each experience is going to be slightly different, even nature doesn't get it perfect every single time.

I just received the coconut cream and nowhere on the can do I see BPA-free. So many reviews mention BPA-free. Am I missing something?

What is the difference with this coconut cream, premium and the native forest organic classic coconut milk? i see the can size is smaller.

I bought both. The milk separates into a thick heavy cream with water when cold. You can blend them to make it one thick cream/milk (easier to shake at room temp) or you can use the water based part in smoothies etc, and the cream as a cream for thickening, or whipping. The cream in the smaller can is just very dense cream to use as cream in recipes, and it also can be whipped like whipping cream when cold. Both are really delicious!

can you make whipped cream with this? Does it still need to separate or can you whip it all together?

This works great - "Whipped 'Coconut' Cream"Put 1 can of Coconut Milk in refrigerator over night - or long enough to be really cold.Turn can upside down & open. Pour out some of the liquid.
