I couldn’t get this watch to work but the customer service is wonderful. Lisa connected with me and fixed the problem. If you need help setting it up message the seller for help! She will make it right.

I want to add that although it doesn't say it, it IS compatible with the wonlex KSM-pink. I looked all over and this watch wasn't mentioned with any screen protector but this is compatible. Also, my daughter banged watch and cracked the entire thing but this screen protector did its job and the face underneath survived unscathed.

I bought this for a Christmas gift. So the return time was past when given. I’d have returned this. If tres 3 times to set this watch up and have failed! What a joke for set up! It won’t even turn on!!!!! Very disappointed.Edit: the company reached out to me after I made this review. They tried to tell me that I just needed to charge it first. I knew that. I read the instructions. I told them that it simply WON’T Charge and asked for further assistance. They ghosted me. I haven’t heard back. So IMO customer support is just as bad as the product they sold!

We moved to Japan where it’s safe for 10 year olds to have the freedom to do outdoor activities with friends around the neighborhood. We got this watch to be able to get a hold of our son when he’s out. We were able to get a Japanese SIM card and the watch works perfectly.

Great watch for kids. Fits our 8 year olds wrist just perfect and was easy to set up the SIM card to be able to able to have service. Was a bit confusing to create the account for the app. I didn’t like that I had to create an account with the app to add contacts. But for the price it’s a decent product

I have had this for quite a while now and I just can't get it to work. Though, the wrist strap is nice and the screen seems strong.

The jelly pink is lovely, my little girl love to wear this smart watch, totally a peace of mind for parents.

Slightly too big so you have to be super accurate putting it on. Lasts about a week then will crack under the slightest pressure. These are "made for kids watches" think they would be a bit more durable?
