I bought one of these back in May 2025 and it has worked flawlessly. Recently the nozzle on the tip of the sprayer had cracked and I contacted the company's customer service department. One of the reps, a woman named Anne, responded within 12 hours and was super helpful and took care of the problem immediately and with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. You can't go wrong getting one of these units, especially since they are priced significantly below most of the others and do the job well. I have found the sprayer to be perfectly functional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

I finally got around to using these sprayers. This is the best sprayer I’ve ever used!!! I love the way the top is designed - very easy to pour any type of product into the sprayer. The spray pattern works well for me too. I especially like the pressure release mechanism, which is so important when using chemicals. I bought the 1 gallon sprayer, so that it would be easier for me to manage. It works perfectly!

I returned it in favor for this gallon size sprayer. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID!!!! Before I bought it I read that the CUSTOMER SERVICE from the company is EXCELLENT AND THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. THAT IS THE MAIN REASON, ASIDE FROM THE EXCELLENT REVIEWS, THAT I CHOSE THIS SPRAYER above all others. MANY COMPANIES CANNOT BE RELIED UPON TO HELP YOU, especially after the Amazon window closes. It was LITERALLY only a few dollars more than the other I originally ordered, but you pay for QUALITY .THIS HAPPENS TO BE AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND IT IS RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE. THE PLASTIC IS THICK AND STRONG, and it pumped up very EASILY , EFFECTIVELY, and EFFICIENTLY. It’s very easy to carry around and that COMFORT is essential, especially if you’re using it on a lot of items. Using it is a DREAM and the spray nozzle works PERFECTLY, AND SO DOES THE EXTRA SPRAY NOZZLE INCLUDED DOES. THEY ALSO INCLUDED AN EXTRA FILTER AS WELL. A MANUAL IS ALSO INCLUDED AND THE MANUAL, EXTRA SORAY NOZZLE, AND EXTRA FILTER ARE ALL NEATLY IN A PLASTIC ZIPLOCK BAG. I’ll be using it for my rose bushes, ornamental trees and bushes. I FEEL VERY SECURE WITH IT. I ALSO FEEL COMFORTED THAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM, I CAN REACH OUT TO THE COMPANY FOR HELP. AS I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THEM AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. . This is a very well-built sprayer, which I used to apply sealant to the sidewalks around our house and a concrete pad. Because I was working in breezy and/or windy conditions, it was necessary to get the tip of the wand close to the surface. Would have rated this sprayer 5 stars if it had a longer or extendable wand that went out to 32" to 40" rather than the approximately 16" wand it has. The rather short wand resulted in a lot of bending over to get the sealant on the concrete so it wouldn't be carried away by the breeze or wind. As I already had an aching back, the short wand didn't help that situation. It would also be nice to have a padded sleeve on the shoulder strap. The wide mouth helps prevent spills. The capacity markings on the side of the sprayer are easy to read. The bleed valve is also nice to have as it helps prevent getting sprayed in the face when opening the sprayer after use. The shoulder strap length was pretty much ideal. Overall, I think it is a very good product and recommend it.
