Looks great, easy to use, very fast start up, large ice cubes uniform and excellent quality. Cubes have good density so are longer lasting in drinks. Returned to Cooks after trying out other machines and this is definitely the best in the market - at the top of the price range but it’s well worth paying a little bit more for the quality and reliability. Also can rely on excellent service from the Cooks Pro service team.

Product arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. Only problem was that it was not the colour I had ordered. The need for ice outweighed the need for the machine to be red so we decided to keep it. Fairly lightweight and compact machine. If you use it on a countertop the lid will not open completely if there are wall units above. Not really a problem, it opens enough to get the basket in and out without moving it forward. Set up was easy. The first few ice cubes were very small and melted quite rapidly. We just allowed it to continue and each batch got bigger until we had a full basket of ice which we put in the freezer and allowed the machine to continue running. Ice production became faster and the cubes were a good size. After two full baskets the water had still not run out. The ice cubes are hollow “bullets” but the large size is perfectly adequate for putting in drinks or using in a cocktail shaker. This machine is efficient at doing what it’s supposed to! Happy with our purchase.

This was purchased for a relative, why would you want an icemaker in Scotland, just stick a cup of water outside and job done. Anyway, I was there when it arrived, fortunately as there is no way she could have carried it. Set-up and initial clean went smoothly and I must admit watching the machine work is quite mesmerising. Ok you don’t get cubes, more like hollow bullets which means of course they will melt quicker, still it does the job.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to set up, easy to use. First few rounds of ice a little small however they increase in size.Great to have ice available when needed.

Bought this a present about 6 months ago. Was slightly concerned it would go the way of the bread maker and be a novelty for a few goes. But nope, this has been used almost every day since. The first "cubes" (actually bullets) are produced in about 10 minutes. The size can be controlled, but also depends on the temperature of the water. Generally we throw the first batch back in again to cool the water a bit which makes the subsequent ones a lot bigger.It isn't terribly noisy. We have a combined kitchen living area and don't notice any undue noise from it while watching TV. The ice dropping does make a noise but that's handy so you know that it has something for you. The full sensor hasn't given any problems and no leaks either.The colour is good and it it looks well on the kitchen countertop. It is a tad bigger than I expected, but I don't have anything really to compare it too. All in all, very happy with the purchase.

It arrived with a dent in it, scratches on the bottom & the white legs were grubby & something had been spilt over it. It was not a new product!! Returned & asked for a refund
