I’ve had this light for a full year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of my favorite purchases. The design is sleek and thin, and the stand folds flat right into the device, making it super easy to store or travel with huge plus. I bought it in October 2024 and started using it right away during my early morning coffee routine. I keep it on the side table while I relax around 4 AM, and even 15 minutes a day makes a noticeable difference. Sometimes I leave it on longer while finishing my coffee either way, it sets a great tone for the day. I started using it again early this year (October 2025) because I remembered how much it improved my mood last winter. I’ve also been working on improving my vitamin D levels which have always been low and I truly believe that combining this light with my Micro Ingredients D3 + K2 supplement has helped me beat the winter blues. The light has held up perfectly after a year. It’s lightweight, easy to pack, and the quality still feels brand new. Some reviewers mentioned it gets hot, but I haven’t noticed that at all. One note: the controls are touch-style, not physical buttons, but they’re responsive and easy to use. Overall: A+ for price, design, and performance. I only use it in the winter, but I have no doubt it would last through daily use year-round. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make dark mornings a little brighter! Sometimes with products like this, you wonder if they really work or if it’s just in your head. This light truly mimics natural sunlight and I have proof! On the same table sits my 20-year-old MOVA rotating globe, which only spins when exposed to real sunlight. It hasn’t rotated in years because it’s too far from a window. But when I turn on this therapy lamp, the globe starts moving again a clear sign this light really does replicate the power of the sun.

Oh yeah! Got this SAD lamp today and I’m already in love! It shines so bright, is purse sized for easy transport when traveling, it has 3 brightness settings and 4 timers. Also in a world of all cables and no bases I'm so glad that it came with the cord and its own charging base! There was no installation just plug and play. I LOVE THIS LAMP!

Good for what I wanted it for. Using it for 15-20min “first light” when I wake up before sunrise to help train my circadian rhythm. Before purchasing, I could not find mentioned anywhere regarding the distance of the 10k lux. The package insert says 10cm, which is less than many other products. It does also get hot on the back after 15-20min. However, it is very compact, convenient USBc cord, and does the job for me right now.

I first bought this product a bit over a year ago. It was great then and it's great now. I do my light therapy either at home or at work, so I need two lights. I was getting frustrated with my second light that I bought elsewhere, so I came back and bought this one again. It's a great light. The controls are simple, the light is very bright, the design is sleek and looks good on my desk. My only irritation is that I keep forgetting that it remembers your last brightness selection and frequently hit the on button twice, which means it turns off and I have to start over cycling through the brightness settings. I also wish it had an indicator as to how far you are in your timer (I once had one that showed you that you're past the halfway mark). Overall, a great find.
