ordered this blindly, didnt know they were inserts, supposed to be inserted in the shoes (not fluent in english, but now i know what does insert mean), i genuinely didnt know i needed this peace, helped my posture and it is rigid, luckily i ordered my correct size M (my shoesize is 44.5) and I am beyond happy, my squats are squatting and running is r....running ?

Great product, although very pricey for what it is. There is no other like it. Definitely helps me with squats.
