Sturdy and gives the simple workout I was hoping for. Easy to pack on trips and I like the way it targets different areas.

Use for all kinds of workouts, push-ups, ab rolls, bandes leg swings, squats. I find if to be very beginner friendly and easy to carry around due to the included bag. I just lubricated the pole included however because the metal on metal sound when screwing it together can be annoying without putting lubricant on it.

Good quality product was missing non slip pads though...if send will do 5 stars

I’ve had this push up board for a while now and I still use it. It has different variations and positions to build overall strength.

VERY cheaply made. Im 6"1" 230lbs for reference. Each rep I do it sounds and feels like the handles are going to snap and dump me on my face. It slides also almost making me land face first. The ones I've seen online it's easy to cycle through all the different positions without having to go to your knees for a better workout with less breaks. This one you have to stop and use both hands to adjust each handle. Awesome idea and killer workout if you are a smaller person. My suggestion dont cheap out, just buy the good one. I will be trashing this and buying the namebrand one so I dont get hurt. Absolute trash version of a great product
