Can i use this on my wave runner 1998

I use it on my 2000 Yamaha Waverunner XL-1200 and my 2016 Yamaha 300hp Outboard engine. Go for it. It’s cheap maintenance.

How much do I need for a 60 gallon tank?

6 ounces. 1 oz Ring Free PLUS to every 10 gallons of fresh gasoline.

How much do you use for a gallon if you are going to use it for small engines like chain saws?

1oz:10gal was the recommendation I received. So a 1/10 oz would keep that ratione consistent.
