The one time I needed it, the jack went up to the axle and just stopped, did not even raise it 1/4". Plus the 12v plug-in line is not even long enough to reach the back tire of my van. Not happy at all....

Kit arrived with everything loose in case. Nothing was secured where I think it was supposed to be. Lens for light on air compressor was not on. I had to reattach it. Manufacturer could do a much better job of packing. This is why I gave it a 4. Other than that, everything seems great! Will run all items through their paces tomorrow!

I was very impressed that the jack could lift my 6,700 lb. SUV with no problem. The impact wrench worked great. Unfortunately, the pump is too gutless to even inflate a child's ball. I can literally hold my thumb over the air outlet and prevent any air from coming out. I can't even do that with a bicycle pump.

Makes emergencies a little easier

I purchased one of your complete kits. I tried to use the air pump, but it was of low capability.
