Elegant, functional, and beautiful
It's hard to say too many good things about this sink. The black stainless steel finish is gorgeous. It's not a true black, more of a dark gunmetal gray with a bit of sparkle to the finish. The 16 gauge stainless steel and the thick soundproofing makes the sink quiet with no metallic clangs or other noises when using it. For a 22 inch sink the bowl is cavernous, holding a surprisingly large number of dishes as well as full size baking sheets, large pots and pans, etc. and the lip that sits atop the counter is much thinner than you'd find with sinks made of other materials, making it easier to clean around the sink. The solid drain cover provides a bit of elegance and hides the drain while still allowing water to drain from the sink. The sink comes with a couple of useful accessories. There's a cutting board that fits into a lip that runs around the top of the sink, providing a stable surface for food preparation. The cutting board is made of wood fibers and it does show cut marks with use. I think it also has to be hand-washed rather than placed in the dishwasher, but having a cutting board mounting on the sink this way turns out to be surprisingly convenient. There's also a dish draining rack with a small cutlery basket that fits onto the same lip, which may be useful if you only have a couple of things to dry. The dish draining rack rolls up for storage. Overall this is a solid, elegant, functional sink with a couple of useful accessories thrown in.

Delta Quality
The Delta Rivet double basin is what we ordered, 33x22. Arrived well packed and not a tear or ding in the box. I had to cut our original corian dupont sink from our corian counter which was the main hurdle. The sink is top notch, heavy, well constructed and sound proofed. I recommend you change your entire drainage system under the sink also with all new pvc unless you're in a relatively new home. Ours is 23 years old and the pipes were just clogged with years of whatever, plus! It makes it so much easier to move around underneath installing the clamps. I know the sink will get scratches, all sinks get scratches. I installed a new disposal and a nice faucet, repiped it underneath and its absolutely everything I was hoping for, thus far. I wore out you tube on this install and it helped as well as some good tips from a retired plummer working at home depot. Ask, get advice, get a friend before hiring a proffessional, it will cost you three times atleast for what you pay for sink and no guarantee their work won't be any better than yours. Delta sends extra rubber fittings for the bottom racks in case they pop off, (prevents metal to metal) its a quality product. The center divider is great, its low and out of way to transfer pots side to side. The sound proofing was the sell for me. Cutting board and roll up dry rack is also well made and very useful. Take off your rings, watch and belt buckle to keep from scratching it when fitting it, and you will fit it several times until satisfied, grab it by the drain holes to move it, its heavy, a 2nd person would be great. Ill update if something arrises in the future.

nice features but hard to keep clean
looks good and i like the accessories but because it has such a large, flat surface, it is difficult to keep clean

Very good sink - use care to avoid scratches
It is a very good sink. I love how it looks. It is in my laundry room. I bought a great touchless faucet and matching soap dispenser, and everything comes together nicely. I like that the edges are square not curved. Be warned the basin itself is almost the equivalent of polished stainless - it has brush marks but it is super shiny- which is one of the reasons it looks great. This sink requires the most extreme care or it will scratch. And I mean extreme care. I never use it as a utility sink. If I want to soak laundry I do it in a bucket and pour it out in the sink (or use my sidesick washer as a soaking station). The one and only time I used the sink to soak some white clothes as a prewash, I used Oxiclean laundry powder and warm water, it left a mark line on the sides of the sink. I was able to get it off but it was a lot of soapy rubbing. I am super gentle with this sink - my friends and family laugh at me. But, I care how it looks and part of that look is the polished shiny scratch-free stainless. I normally just need it to wash hands and fill up things. I rinse it with each use so soap doesn’t leave a mark. But, I don’t generally wipe it down (wiping could lead to scratches!) Once a week I clean it with soap and water and follow with baby oil on a soap (scratch free cloth). It works for me. If you are willing, and able, to treat this sink gently, it will look great for years. The attached photos are after a year of frequent use of this sink. The faucet and soap dispenser are also Delta. I don’t use any of the things that came with this sink (cutting board, mat,… they seem fine but I don’t need them in this room. Hope this is helpful!

Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful
Love this sink! We just bought a beach house, intentionally to rent out, but we will be using as well. It is a farmhouse themed place, and I thought, "A farm sink...Why not?" I chose the stainless steal over white as renters aren't easy on things and I could not be happier. The contractors building the home charged extra for the sink install once done. I guess it was a little difficult. The actual install I do not think is tough. I read a review and someone stated they ordered the exact size that was to fit as that's what they thought would be correct. Me too. My installer gave me the dimensions and I got this sink. But in actuality, it was too big for the hole, and they had to cut some cabinetry BELOW the sink as it was too high, the height goes deeper. It does come out a bit depth wise so maybe that too is a factor so please be careful you may need to cut. But it was worth it. This sink is amazing looking and has all the bells and whistles. I can place the lattice cover over the sink and easily move it from one side to the other. I've gotten many compliments on it from residents who live out at the beach and stop by to see the progress of the build. I haven't had any renters yet as we are still building but expect them soon. This sink is an eye catcher the minute you walk in. So Chic.
