Bobs Red Mill - Sweet Sorghum Flour Gluten-Free 22 oz

Great alternative to use as part of a gluten free recipe. Pleasant tasting, but need to make sure it is used wisely because if over used in a recipe it can be a little crumbly or like cardboard.

I brought this flour for a specific purpose and was so pleased with the outcome and flavour I brought some more! The flour came well packaged and protected in excellent condition, thank you.
