I've been using starbond medium ca glue extensively in my woodturning as part of the finishing process and it has always worked great , except for the batch I ordered July 9 2022. I got 2 bottles (16 oz.) and the first bottle was great as usual but second bottle had a VERY strong smell and worked terribly. I closed everything up and was wondering how to send it back to you for disposal. All my glue supplies are kept in the house at a constant temp. If I had started using this bottle first then I would have sent it back immediately but it's been months and I've ordered other glue to replace it

I read the reviews and product descriptions before purchase. The fact that is is made in the USA was a big selling point and the small batch manufacturing told me there was pride behind the work put in to this glue. I was a little worried that once you placed one of the fine tips on the 2oz bottles and wanting to gluing that the tip would become a permanent part of that bottle. NOPE! Even after about two weeks of the bottle being used and then sitting for a few days, the tip came right off the bottle and I was able to put the original cap back on. With the medium viscosity I did have to adjust my style of gluing a bit from the previous glue I was using, it was a little less thick than I expected and and filled in the hars to reach spots. Which is what I wanted with my old glue that just wasn't getting the job done. The open time was perfect and almost seamed like it was pressure activated. I could place a piece, move it a bit to get it lined up and then as soon as I put a little pressure it held.It seams like Starbond has figured out the perfect superglue!!
