the only other equally effective full-body workout I can think of is swimming, or the classic versa climber. i train boxing, do shadow boxing with heavy gloves, etc.....this thing is ridiculous. even if you don't use boxing techniques, just move around lol. play with it, freestyle....use different movements. i joked with my friends that i would just wear it around town. great stuff. highly recommend. and the equipment is high quality. worth the money. i read a review that said it's uncomfortable, or awkward to use....i can't disagree more. they may not be using it properly, or wearing it correctly. love this thing.

This resistance band works! When you start working out, you immediately start to feel the burn. If you are starting out, I would buy the lighter band to begin with as to avoid overstraining your leg muscles. I work out 3-4 times a week, play soccer and I pulled my quad working out because I didn't warm up properly as I bought the heavier resistance band, that's why I would recommend buying the lighter band and building up. Aside from that, this works and I feel stronger on the field. It is worth the money and the velcro strap allows you to adjust to your hip size. I would highly recommend this.

This is a great resistance band set for anyone trying to build lower body explosiveness. It fits well, is easy to put on, and adds that extra challenge needed for plyometric workouts. 5 stars for effectiveness and quality!

I had to stop lifting and running due to a disc injury, but I wanted to stay in shape and after seeing something similar at PT I purchased this jump trainer. I love it! I can get a good lower body workout without putting undue stress on my spine as the belt puts all the weight on the hips. This has become one of my favorite workout tools for squats and lunges. My only complaints are that the belt would be better if it was more contoured to fit the hips and if it would tighten up a bit more. I'm a 32" waist and would like the belt to adjust a little tighter , but due to the design, it won't. I work around this by wearing a thicker pair of sweats. The build quality is very good and the protective sleeve over the bands is a nice added touch. Overall, this was a great purchase and I highly recommend it if you need a good lower body workout.

These have been great for strength training and also working on our jumps. I would recommend this product for anyone needing to build leg strength and increasing their jumping span.

PROS: the product is easy to figure out. And it definitely adds some difficulty to the workout. I typically kickbox 6-10 rounds and can only do 4, maybe 5 with these on. I’ve had them for about 10 months now and use them once a week to add variety. My hips ache by round 5. CONS: after a long period of use I can only award two stars. I had to buy additional arm sleeves to where because the carabiners on the wrist straps frequently pinch. Sometimes the wrist ‘biners come off completely mid round somehow. After 10 months of ownership and maybe 40 uses, one of the arm cords just snapped in half. I’d love to say it’s because of how inhumanely strong I am, but a better explanation is that it’s not great manufacturing quality. I tried emailing the company’s published support address with a polite request for help, but after a week I’ve heard nothing. I like the idea of this sort of product but this one was a lower priced tier and I guess I got what I paid for. *** update Sept 2024: the company reached out and offered a full refund, much more than what I had asked for. I accepted and have reordered this same product again. As my post indicates, the pros were what you would expect and I was happy with the product overall until it broke. I’m happy to give it another try again and appreciate the customer service. *** Update 1/2/2025: after repurchasing this product a second time after the seller gave me a full refund, I have again experienced a snapped band. This time it was only after a few months of use (maybe 1x per week). Definitely not a long lasting product, that’s two in a row. I’ll look elsewhere for my next resistance band product.

I don't have a gym membership so was looking for something to help add resistance training to my normal workout videos at home. Let me just stay these bands brought my workout to a whole nother level! I've tried hand held resistance bands before but these are way more versatile, and can be used with any moves/exercises. It's pretty self explanatory, was able start using these bands on the first try. Basically, put on the body strap, shorter resistance bands are for the arms and the longer straps are for the legs. I love how there are multiple hooks on the body strap to adjust for people who have short arms and legs. It also comes with a duffel bag for easy storage. I'm very pleased with the product so far and can't wait till I can start incorporating some MMA moves into my workout. For now, I suffice with throwing a few punches when I need to let out some steam. I would recommend these bands to athletes and non-athletes (me!) alike who are looking to get an intense workout in a short amount of time.

I want to use this for boxvr, mostly working on upper body. Before ordering the product, I was concerning about the choices between 125, 225, or 300lbs because the description of this product didn't explain well. I went with 300lbs. There are 5 resistant bands, 2 bands 8 inches and 3 bands 10 inches. If 8 inches was strong for me, I switched to the 10 inches, which is lighter for my arms. I wish the company sell the band separately in case I want to buy lighter 8 inches band. I also figured out that the ankel strap should be weared from the back of your foot. This is a great resistance bands for workout with Oculus Quest, and it is very durable. After few weeks of using the 300lbs, I recommend about the 250 lbs for average users. The arms should be about 40 lbs.
