This cream is one of the few moisturizers that actually calms my skin instead of irritating it. The texture is rich but not greasy, and it sinks in really well. My skin feels hydrated for hours, and the ceramides make a noticeable difference with dryness and redness. It’s gentle, fragrance-free, and just reliable. I can see why so many people recommend it — it really works.

I have very dry acne prone skin that is also pretty reactive and I absolutely love this moisturizer. It is a thicker consistency but doesnt leave a thick or greasy residue and hasn't triggered any breakouts or reactions. Leaves my face feeling so soft and healthy. It may not be best if you don't have dry skin but it's absolutely perfect for my skin type. You also don't need a lot so it lasts a while, making it more affordable than it seems. Highly recommend!

Very nice and light texture. Easily absorbed but does have a slight oily residue. I bought it to try and help with a dry red skin issue on my face. Works wonders!!! I was previously using prescription cream to be able to help with the issue but havent since i bought this! I have been using it for 4 days and my skin is no longer dry, rough or red. I can see it noticeably helping to keep my skin moisturized. I apply on my whole face and my skin feels smoother and softer.

This might be the best moisturizer me (and my boyfriend) have used. Firstly, the price is and the size is perfect. It looks and feels high end, but isn’t $50+. Secondly, it has significantly aided with making my skin glow and give that soft feeling. I really struggle with dry skin in the fall/winter, but this helps reduce dry skin feeling/that flakey dry skin feel. It’s very lightweight and doesn’t leave a greasy look to it after application like some moisturizer may make your skin feel. Third, most surprisingly to me, it really aided with discoloration and under eye bags. As someone who has a horrid sleep schedule, I am very prone to under eye bags. This moisturizer aided in reducing purple/yellow under eyes. And finally, adding onto my previous statement, it aided with recovering a freeze-burn my boyfriend had gotten. Now, I must premise, do not use this skincare on wounded/injured/painful skin without consulting your doctor; however, when consulting urgent care on a bit of a bad freeze-burn my boyfriend had gotten (it reached from his lip to his eye in a straight line about 1 inch across), my doctor recommended using moisturizer to help aid recovery. This was because with this certain freeze-burn the skin was not only discolored but also quite dry. The doctor had said any generic moisturizer would work, and because I had this one with me, we have been using it. It greatly reduced the skin drying out, and the mark that was once a darker red/very discolored has now been slowly fading within only 4 days!! Crazy!! Now, as mentioned previously, ALWAYS consult your doctor/dermatologist before using ANY product on skin that has been injured, but this freak incident really helped prove to me that this is one of the best moisturizers for your money!

Having sensitive skin—especially on the face—is such a challenge. My facial skin tends to look dehydrated, so I've been on a journey to find the best product that can give me a dewy look without triggering an allergic reaction. I was enticed to try Illiyoon because it’s marketed as safe for sensitive skin. I usually experience either an itchy rash or small red acne on my cheeks and chin. I bought this product because of its mild formula, and because it doesn't contain ingredients I’m typically allergic to—especially fragrance/perfumes. My skin and even my sinuses are sensitive to fragrances. Unfortunately, I still had an allergic reaction in some areas of my face. It became itchy. During the first two tries, I layered it with two other products: a hydrolyzed collagen jelly cream (also a Korean brand) and a hydro boost cream (an American brand). On the third try, I waited for the rash to go away and then applied the Illiyoon Ceramide ATO Concentrate Cream on its own—but sadly, the result was the same. On a positive note, I really like the texture. It's not too thick, not runny or sticky, feels light, and isn't greasy. It doesn’t make your skin look overly glossy like you've applied Vaseline. The size and quantity are good for the price. It retains moisture well, leaving my skin soft and appearing hydrated. As for the overall quality, it's not 100% for me. I was really hoping it would work with my sensitive skin—but unfortunately, it didn’t.

Amazing moisturizer! It’s thick enough but not too heavy or greasy. It absorbs into my skin well, while not feeling I have to reapply it often. The texture is smooth & not sticky at all. I have combination skin type (oily in my T-zone & dry on the rest of my face), and it keeps its well moisturized. Recommend this product!

I wanted to wait a few weeks before doing a review. I've used so many moisturizers for my face but this is by far the best I've ever used. I first saw it on TikTok so I bought it on Amazon to get it faster. It literally helped clear a breakout I couldn't get rid of on my forehead and it has improved the appearance of my skin. I only use it on my face and sometimes on my hands because I'm diabetic and my hands get really dry sometimes. I would recommend this to anyone with sensitive dry skin or acne prone skin. Also if you dermaplane this so so good to use afterwards because it literally calms the skin and adds a protective barrier. 10/10 and for reference I have combination skin and this works well with my skin. It's fragrance free so that's also a plus and it doesn't leave a greasy feeling.

Product looks so old. Product was not sealed and is definitely used! Pathetic experience
