Exactly what I expected. They were great.

Product is great and so is the price. Maybe it is the shipping but there is always a layer of crushed candies at the bottom of the bag, sometimes it is about 1/8 cup. I use these to keep some in my car if my sugar gets too low.

Delicious and fresh, not like our corner store. Perfect crunch, tasty seeet and sour flavor. Excellent amount for the price, we get half as much for the same price with other vendors.

I’m addicted, I’ll admit it lol. I’m currently recovering from surgery in the hospital and with all the crappy food here and Tik Tok for entertainment, I jumped on Amazon and ordered my first bag of Freeze-Dried Skittles about a month ago from another company. I was hooked immediately. The 8oz bag lasted a few days and I was back on Amazon seeking another company to test. I ordered some skittles and a few other freeze-dried treats but the skittles were my fave. Again, the 8 oz bag just didn’t last. I went to another company that offered a 10oz bag which was great, theirs was the best quality yet, the skittles were in good condition, not a lot of crushed ones, they were crunchy, yet soft at the same time, not too hard, I was very happy. Funny thing was the 10 ounces went by just as fast lol. I finally found a 16ounce bag offered by another company and I was soooo excited (I know, I’m a fat kid) it came and I was happy to find out it was decent quality, it was a heavy 1lb bag of treats and I rationed them out for a week. Finally, that brings me to my current order from this “RJ Pantry” 16oz (1lb) bag. Immediately upon receiving I was disappointed. I picked up the bag and noticed right away that it was far lighter than the last bag I received in this size, I set it down on the table and looked at it, as you’ll see in the picture it’s about 2/3 empty and it definitely does not have the same quantity as my last 16oz bag. Unfortunately in the hospital here, I don’t have many ways to measure the quantity but I feel shorted. That alone wouldn’t have brought me to leave this review but once I opened the bag, I immediately noticed that the quality was far inferior compared to the others. Many of the skittles are clumped together, some are not fully “fluffed” they look like regular skittles and they’re very chewy some are hard and very crunchy, some are chewy, the quality is very inconsistent throughout the bag. Some of the skittles appear smashed, I don’t know what the process is or where these folks went wrong, but they really need to have some form of quality control process implemented. Very dissatisfied. There are lots of companies selling these products on Amazon, I recommend anyone trying for the first time to try elsewhere.

There were a lot in the bag, however, they weren't all freeze dried and popped. They're also more dense than the Skittles version.
