Bought this for my dog who was having major poop problems after CCL surgery. He wouldn’t poop for two days, but was instead leaking poo while he slept. The problem was literally resolved after the first time he had this mixed with his food. He finally had a firm, quality poop OUTSIDE about an hour after eating this. We’ve been giving this to him twice a day with his meals and he has had great firm poops every day. He is on pain meds, antibiotics and sedatives, so I’m sure that this helping him not be constipated or have diarrhea. Hallelujah for good poops for a recovering dog!

Update review: this is an amazing product and we still use it. Especially so convenient when the dogs need to go to their sitter and need some help if their stools are soft. We also use it to make their frozen treats and they love it.Highly recommend the Finn pumpkin powder! If you have experienced the notorious dog diarrhea caused by you probably don’t know what caused it, this is the perfect solution. We used to use canned pumpkin to help harden our dogs’ stools when they get diarrhea and end up wasting the rest of the can because we don’t use all of it since we have small dogs. But since getting this tin can of Finn pumpkin powder, this has made our life easier! It’s in powder form so very easy to use and store when not in need. It is also very effective! We also use this to make frozen treats for our pups and they love it. I highly recommend this!

My dog loves this and it helps his digestion

My dog was feeling better within 48 hours.. She’s running where before she just walked and barely increased her pace .. now tail wagging and eating her food.. she had ceased to eat.. run.. and I was gravely concerned about her health.. It’s been a few days now and her eyes are clear and bright again .. her coat softer .. She’s no longer licking or chewing on her paws.. I love my dog.. She is herself again.. I had tried getting her to eat pure raw cooked pumpkin but she refused it.. She eats this mixed in with her food without hesitation.. I am so very grateful that I ordered this product.. Thank you for producing and making such an effective and palatable product available for the pups.. I highly recommend this product for its ease and effectiveness..

Good but like the only pumpkin one better. I mix it with low sodium chicken stock and add to her food. Helps my little dog to stay regular and not strain. The big down side was the opening of this item. I had extreme difficulty getting it open and even my husband had trouble. Plus the can was so dented as well.
