using for hip thrusts, bulgarians & step ups works fine for me. but everyone’s different. i weight 128 lbs & 5’1ft tall. also not as heavy/sturdy as it looks but again works fine for me. :)

The heights are accurate. It feels a bit unstable due to softness. I definitely don’t trust it to stand on but it works great for hip thrust.

This is the perfect size Plyo for my kids! The variable size is great for shifting workouts, the soft-sided box helps keep shins from getting scuffed up. It's weighty, so it stays put and don't worry about it tipping during use. The build quality is wonderful. It's design is colorful enough that my kids want to play (workout) and enjoy their time on it. A perfect, functional piece of equipment. I would consider the larger size if you need more platform or you have older kids (11+)

This is a solid equipment piece. We use it a lot and love that it’s like 3 boxes in one! How you position it gives it different heights. We use it for stretching, squats, tricep dips, and so much more than jumping drills

My daughter and I both use this daily. We are beginners and needed something that would accommodate to that. My son does box jumps often and this is too short for him.

The gelly like composite material makes it less stable and compromises the safety aspect of this item. While the dimensions are satisfactory for light exercise, it's functionalily is limited with less bang for the buck.

Perfect for my son who loves fitness. This block is soft too to avoid shin injury. It is a small platform to jump too. It may become unstable for larger persons.
