I like this it’s a great vitamin B replacement
This is an amazing product. I recommend buying it 100%. I take it every morning and it gives me a lot of energy and helps me focus during the day but don’t take vitamin C with it because it will cancel it. I’ll take your vitamin C later and if you can take it on an empty stomach.

Great product would highly recommend. I was feeling very fatigued and tired until I watched one of dr bergs YouTube videos on the benefits of b1 for fatigue like symptoms an added bonus b1 helped with terrible constipation. Would highly recommend.

Helps with swollen ankles.
