As an elderly physician -80+ -(Board Certified Internal Medicine) - it's important to study the negative effects on the BRAIN with this class of drugs. Google and decide. It's the only reason I don't use it more than twice a month. The drug is SO potent, I cut each pill into 3 or 4 pieces - and even then it is very effective. This works TOO WELL. You will in fact go to sleep. It's waking up is the problem. I get very groggy on this brand.

Best sleep aide! Helps get me to sleep & stay asleep all night! No more waking up at 1am & being up tossing & turning for 2 hours!!!! Also No groggy feeling in the morning. Yes, it has a bad taste but i just take with flavored water or drink. Definitely not a deal breaker.

I like that this product just takes half a pill to put me to sleep within a half hour. I do not like that I have a slight bit of a "hangover" from it the next day. The "hangover" is a lot less than the "hangover" from taking a whole pill. I am not able to get much stuff done the next day if I have a whole pill. I also don't like feeling depressed the next day after taking this pill, even on half a pill. I have decided to only use it no more than once a week when I really need it and can sleep in. I would also be careful with this pill. When I first had it, I hallucinated that my head was rolling around. When I realized this was happening, I meditated and then prayed and fell asleep, thank goodness. So, if you do decide to try this, take half a pill half an hour before going to bed. Make sure you complete EVERYTHING you need to before taking this pill so you only have to slip into bed. Best of luck. P.S. If you take any medications, please consult your physician and pharmacy.

These capsules are not coated and have a bitter aste, but they do work better than the store bought capsules, that are coated. Price competitive and the best part is, the quantity is larger and available. I have subscribed, as it was getting hard to find them in the local stores.
