I was trying a bunch of smoothy recipes in my liver reset diet book. One called for tigernuts. Had never heard of them before. A little too fibrous to chew for my taste as a snack, but the flavor is great! So I ground the whole bag and am enjoying them that way. Unlike another new smoothy add, the resealabiliy on this bag is great.

I liked these. But I didn’t like them so much that I couldn’t put them down. I like having something to chew and vegetable sticks don’t always work. They are very chewy with some sweet. I’d rather be eating cookies and even more sugar. This helps me to stop the sugar.

More than half of these things are horribly gritty with dirt/sand? Grains even get stuck in my teeth and will feel like I'm chewing broken glass for hours. Taste of the nuts is fine, but ...

Not what I e petted, but good. They have a slightly sweet, nutty taste. They are fibrous as you chew them and they are hard. Some of them are harder than others. They seem quite filling.

Excellent snack for health and taste

I love munching on these but they are quite fiberous and tend to choke me.

Ayurveda recommends taking 2 a day so got it. Tastes good but on chewy side.

Great ! I soak them over night and then rinse them and make a Horchata Española . Me recordo a mi pais!
