So far so good , only had it a few hours but it very quiet. My previous American Fridge Freezer was a samsung and that was noisy, made allsorts of bangs and cracking sounds. This is almost silent. Looks really nice. Plenty of room. Only thing cant put 2l fizzy drinks bottles in door without removing the water dispenser, also no place for a ice tray to slide into. Veg drawers are large. Good value for money much cheaper then other online stores.

1st time buying and American fridge freezer and this hasn’t disappointed ! After researching and testing out every one on the market from budget to high end at a well known high street electrical store, we decided to go with this model. It’s perfect for my family of 4. Great size to accommodate a large weekly shop. The drinks dispenser is very handy as well. Make sure you tighten the o ring correctly otherwise you will get a trickle as others have stated. But it dispenses at a ‘normal’ flow rate so not sure why some people say it’s slow? Easy to fill up as well. Just use a Pyrex jug then no water mess on the floor when filling it up. It’s also on wheels so can wheel it out to clean behind every week (very handy!) very quiet when running , looks sleek and is also £300 odd cheaper than said high street electrical retailer I tested this out in! If your looking for a American fridge freezer then this is the one to go for! Very happy with this purchase! Great focal point in my kitchen. Oh and delivery men were ace as well!

Let's get the negative out of the way, and it's not an issue with the fridge freezer itself. Amazon are advertising it with a 5 year labour warranty but it comes with 2 years. Parts are 10 years as per the page. I've checked a couple of other sites and they have it right. OK, on to the fridge freezer itself... It's excellent, it does exactly what it should. It keeps things cold as it should and uses little power. It's spacious, the fridge space is slightly larger than the freezer section, we would prefer a slightly larger difference (more fridge, less freezer) though that's probably just what we're used to. Certainly it seems there couldn't be much more space overall given the external dimensions. The water and ice dispenser dispenses water and ice. The shelves in the fridge door are decent and the angling of the bases is a nice touch. It looks good, it's a bit of a fingerprint magnet but not a high gloss so not too horrendous. It looks like the inside will be easy to clean though we haven't had it long enough to need to test that! I'm sure all the stuff with the app etc. is very clever but I don't know how much it will be used. Certainly we set the temperatures and are unlikely to do anything else with it. Update: One annoyance I've since discovered is the water filter. Getting an official Haier replacement is very difficult and expensive, however eventually I was able to work out it's effectively a XWF (that's a GE) and you can get generic ones from Amazon or your favourite Chinese online tat bazaar.

Useless product. The noisiest appliance we ever had. It is comparable to our vacuum robot. Also absolutely tiny inside. The water dispenser is basically dripping the water and not pouring, the ice maker is OK but, crushed ice is non-existent. The water filter also stinks after 2 months of use. This is the most useless fridge and Haier product we have purchased and we have purchased 6. I would also avoid Touch Series 4 and Touch Series 6 oven and combination oven/microwave. The touch screen has no sensitivity settings, it is ridiculous to operate and takes ages to get set. Also, the HAIER Reward program is an absolute SCAM. We were meant to get £150 off the appliance upon sending registration and a copy of the invoice but they simply ignored us once confronted and they claimed they sent us an email for additional info which we never received, so if you base your purchase to offset the cost with potential Haier reward (refund) I would be very careful to do so. 0/5 if we could rate it that.

Great size and as expected. Cold water dispenser is ample size. Pretty quiet and literally plug in and go !

I'd been waiting to get myself an American style fridge/freezer for quite a while due to living in the countryside, having the extra space is well worth it to reduce the number of times having to go shopping! Anyway the Fridge itself looks great, quite a glossy silver finish and I was pleased with how quick the fast freeze option worked when I first set it up. The digital display is easy to read and use and has some good features to play around with such as holiday mode. As you'd expect the 528L capacity provides plenty of space and there are many separate compartments in the fridge to use for various things like fruit/veg/meat. After a few months of using it I've not had any issues, I personally found it very good value and a trustworthy brand (not like the ChiQ fridge which I bought before this one and had to return due to a fault with the Fridge cooling system). Delivery was also spot on and done with minimal fuss, worth paying the little bit extra to have it put in the place you want it and unboxed and packaging and old fridge removed (though not worth paying for full installlation as plugging it in and getting it going is easy enough!) So all in all, a good budget American Style Fridge Freezer which I'd definitely recommend!

The product is fine but the delivery experience was not. I paid for installation and removal of my old appliance. The app was great at telling me when to expect the delivery, but when the two delivery men showed up they tried half heartedly for a few seconds to get the appliance through the front door, then declared it wouldn't fit and that they were cancelling the install/remove and just drove off leaving it in front of the house. I and a friend did manage to get it in without unpacking it which proved it could be done, but then were stuck with the problem of the old appliance removal for which I had to pay again. I used AO for that (who were great by the way and shocked by what the Amazon delivery people had done ). Will probably use AO in future.
