A child cannot understand why the excitement of opening the mystery bitty pop quickly turned to disappointment as it was another Buzz. Surely there is some way to ensure that can't happen

Packaging item was delivered in was still sealed but item had already been opened and poor attempt at closing it. Item was also dirty and other areas of the item box were damaged
