Noticeable results but my body has issues with it…
First this is a great product - I had a noticeable difference in my skin and hair. Great price point and brand. The only issue I experienced - and this applies to a lot of collagen products is it caused constipation 🙈 I started cutting the pulls in half and that seemed to help a lot. Overall I recommend but if this side effect happens just cut it in half.
