Good value for money! Good prenatal/postnatal. Tastes citrusy if you don’t swallow quick enough. Smells like vitamins do so 5/10 for smell.

Made me feel so ill. I’m going back to illy gummies because I can keep food down better with those. When I suspected it was these causing issues, I stoped taking them and felt better after about a week. They have great ingredients but just aren’t good for any other part of my life. They also smell horrible. And I want to throw up every time I take them.
